  I transcribed this from Nanci Griffith's rendition of the song
  (written by Ralph McTell) on her album "Other Voices, Other Rooms"
  On the recording, the guitar is capoed at the 7th fret. I capo a
  bit lower to suit my voice. I think it sounds better with the capo
  at the 7th, but good either way.
